How to support you and your baby pre- and postnatal with Ayurveda
Congratulations on your pregnancy: whether it’s your first, second or even more it’s a wondrous time in which it becomes very clear how miraculous life is. As pregnancy is a period dominated by change and growth. Both physically as mentally it’s of utmost importance that you take good care of yourself and through this also for your baby.

It is in this period that you can set the tone for your health for the next 42 years. Something that seems to be forgotten in the West, but will have a huge impact on your life and that of your baby. Because only when mommy is happy, the family is happy.
