Creativity is your middle name.
You’re very creative, passionate and constantly full of new ideas. Some of these ideas you will manifest in no-time with strong determination. Yet others just stay ideas which you might start but never finish.
You love to be around other people and are always in for a nice dinner with friends or family. Most of the time you eat as you please, but unfortunately, you cannot digest everything easily so you have to watch out for digestive issues.
You likely prefer a warmer, sunnier climate because you tend to have poor circulation, and no matter where you live, your hands and feet may remain consistently cold. Dry hair with split ends is very common to you. This same dryness can create skin issues such as eczema. Overall you’re characterized by lightness which expresses itself also as lightness in your mind. The latter may cause worrying which can keep you awake at night.
“It’s hard for you to slow down”
Your weight is steady, and if anything, you may tend to be a bit underweight. As you can become very enthusiastic easily you often spend more energy than you have. On the same note, it’s hard for you to slow down. Especially when you’ve got your teeth into something, your drive is immense. You’ll give all you have to make it happen, but could, later on, find yourself exhausted on the couch. Stress is an absolute killer to you, but your enthusiastic and slightly competitive nature will cause stress anyway. When you’re under stress fear will often alternate with anger which may result in heated discussions with lots of emotions.
Now, if this sounds like you – then there’s a lot more to discover. You can now start learning what to eat, which fruits, veggies and all other types of food go well with your mind-body type. You can even learn how the different flow of the seasons affects your mood, what you can do when you feel out of balance and know what to do when you get upset.
For you, it’s best to balance yourself according to the seasons. Meaning that you’ve to follow a Vata-reducing diet and lifestyle in autumn and winter and a Pitta-reducing diet in spring and summer.
